Registry
While gifts are of course greatly appreciated, we do not want anyone to feel obligated to get us a gift or that it must be off these registries. Your presence and love is the greatest gift we could receive.
we've got answers
WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?
Yes! Please bring a light jacket or sweater to wear later in the evening.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony. Before and after the ceremony take as many pictures as you would like!
HOW DO WE GET TO THE VENUE?
We recommend using uber/lyft/taxi for those of you not accustomed to the subway system! If you are staying at Hotel Columbus there will be transportation available to take you to and from the venue.
WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?
Yes! Regardless of the food options we have provided, the chef is happy to make you a dish with your particular food restrictions in mind.
WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?
There are plenty of hotel options in the area! We have set up a room block with 6 Columbus Hotel; if you would like to stay here you can make a reference to the block under "Christine Toufexis and Luka Jankovic." Some other hotel options in the area include Arthouse Hotel, Hotel Wallace, or Hotel Belleclaire.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is semi formal.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO THE WEDDING?
Yes, but please let us know ahead of time for children under the age of five.
WHAT IS THERE TO DO IN THE UPPER WEST SIDE?
Plenty! We recommend taking advantage of the weather and strolling through Central or Riverside Park. We also love to walk down Columbus Ave where you can make a pit stop at the Museum of Natural History. For dining (the best part), we recommend grabbing breakfast at Daily Provisions, Bluestone Lane, or Maison Pickle (make reservations ahead of time for their brunch!), for some great NYC pizza we recommend trying either Mama Too's or Parla, and for some lunch/dinner options we recommend trying Friend of a Farmer, Red Farm, or La Pecora Bianca! For arguably some of the best desert in the city you have to go to the Hungarian Pastry Shop! Feel free to message us separately for more recommendations.
